Advancing research and application development in post-quantum cryptographic security technologies, encompassing areas such as AI, chip design, and semiconductors.
Establishing and implementing standards for the post-quantum cryptographic security industry.
Educating and cultivating talent, promoting knowledge including but not limited to quantum cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, cryptographic security architec ture, and open-source cryptographic software and hardware.
Advocating for quantum security policies, providing policy and industrial standards related to cryptographic systems for Taiwan and other national governments.
Actively participating in international affairs, including setting standards with international organizations, designing open-source software, community engagement, and research collaboration.
